1 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the jili361 website accessible at jili361.net and all associated services, features, and content.
• "User" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jili361 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by a User on jili361.
• "Real-Money Gaming" refers to any wagering activity conducted using deposited funds held in a jili361 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or incentive balances credited to an Account by jili361.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under Philippine law and jili361 policy.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "AML" refers to Anti-Money Laundering obligations applicable to jili361 under Philippine law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jili361 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, including all policies incorporated herein by reference — specifically the jili361 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Your continued use of jili361 following the publication of any revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. You are encouraged to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes. The most recent effective date is displayed at the top of this document.

If you are accessing jili361 on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal authority to bind that person to this Agreement, and by doing so you accept these terms on their behalf.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on jili361, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine law governing casino-style gaming activities.
• You are a resident of the Philippines and accessing the Platform from within the Philippines.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of jili361 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or any regulatory exclusion from online gaming platforms in the Philippines.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law (Republic Act No. 386, Civil Code of the Philippines).
• Your use of jili361 does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

jili361 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. All age verification requirements are strictly enforced. Individuals found to have registered while underage will have their Accounts permanently closed and all associated balances forfeited without recourse.

4 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on jili361. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited regardless of the email address, phone number, payment method, or device used to register.

You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document.
• Your date of birth.
• Your residential address in the Philippines.
• A valid and active email address that you own and regularly access.
• A valid Philippine mobile number registered in your name.

You are responsible for keeping your Account information current. Failure to maintain accurate registration information may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges pending verification. jili361 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jili361 will treat any activity conducted under your Account as having been authorised by you.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

jili361 is required by Philippine law and its operational policies to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all Accounts. KYC verification may be triggered upon registration, upon reaching certain deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any time jili361 deems it necessary to confirm your identity.

Documents that may be required include, but are not limited to:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, UMID, driver's licence, voter's ID, or SSS/GSIS card).
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name).
• A selfie or live verification photograph as requested by jili361's verification team.

Until KYC verification is completed to jili361's satisfaction, the Platform reserves the right to restrict deposits, suspend withdrawals, or limit Account functionality. Processing times for KYC submissions are typically 1–3 business days. You will be notified by email once your verification is complete.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

jili361 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and select cryptocurrency networks. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified at the time of the transaction.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Transaction fees: jili361 does not charge any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment intermediary are outside jili361's control and are borne by the User.

All withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jili361 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. jili361 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion, particularly where AML or fraud concerns exist.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

jili361 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free spins, and jackpot events. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all jili361 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Philippine residents aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Account, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time limit specified for the promotion. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them expire upon the deadline if the requirement is not met.
• jili361 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect promotional benefits already earned and in good standing.
• Any attempt to exploit promotional terms through coordinated wagering, bonus hunting, or any strategy designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion will result in forfeiture of all associated funds and may result in Account termination.

8 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on jili361 are provided by licensed and certified third-party game providers. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Users are encouraged to review game rules before placing wagers.

All slot games, table games, and RNG-based products on jili361 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and audited for fairness by the respective game provider's certification bodies. jili361 does not modify game RTP (Return to Player) settings beyond the parameters set by the game provider.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game session, jili361's server records will be used as the authoritative source to determine the outcome. jili361 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures on the User's end, including but not limited to internet disconnections, device malfunctions, or browser crashes.

Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played and the decisions of the presiding dealer. Results confirmed and settled on the live dealer table are final and cannot be reversed except where a documented technical error by jili361's live provider is confirmed.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jili361 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with jili361 games, promotions, or Account features.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of deposits, or any activity designed to conceal the origins of funds in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer formats.
• Registering or using an Account using false, stolen, or fabricated identity information.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after wagers have been placed and settled.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the jili361 Platform.
• Allowing a minor (anyone under 21 years of age) to access or use your Account.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jili361 Platform — including but not limited to the jili361 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, game integrations, promotional materials, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of jili361 or its licensed partners and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jili361 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without prior written consent from jili361.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili361, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own gaming decisions.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity failures beyond jili361's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected in accordance with certified game rules.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers or regulatory holds.

jili361's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that User and held in their Account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in this clause limits jili361's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by jili361's negligence.

12 Responsible Gaming

jili361 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. We recognise that while the vast majority of our players enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, a small number of individuals may develop problematic gaming behaviours that require support and intervention.

jili361 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders and time-out prompts.
• Loss Limits: Establish maximum loss thresholds over a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and opt out of all marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months.

13 Account Suspension and Termination

jili361 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jili361 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The Account is being used in connection with fraudulent, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• The Account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to jili361.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requires jili361 to freeze or close the Account.

Upon termination for cause, jili361 is entitled to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, all funds may be forfeited in accordance with this Agreement and applicable Philippine law. Where no breach is confirmed, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the User via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting jili361 support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any remaining real-money balance will be remitted to your registered payment method after KYC verification is confirmed.

14 Privacy and Data Protection

jili361 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jili361 complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Personal data collected during registration, KYC, and gameplay is used solely for the purposes of operating your Account, fulfilling legal obligations, and improving the jili361 Platform. jili361 does not sell personal data to third parties.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with jili361 informally by contacting our support team at [email protected]. jili361 will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days of receipt.

16 Amendments to These Terms

jili361 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, jili361 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the jili361 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.
